Bidding

• You must have means to pay for winning bids
• Bid manipulation and shill bidding are prohibited
• Winning bidders must complete payment as agreed

Prohibited Items and Activities

• Illegal, stolen, or counterfeit goods
• Hazardous materials or weapons
• Adult content or services
• Fraudulent or misleading listings
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempts to circumvent our fees or policies

Payments and Fees

Platform Fees

• Final value fees on successful sales
• Payment processing fees

Payment Terms

• Fees are charged when services are used
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

• Disputed charges must be reported within 60 days

Intellectual Property

Platform Content

The Auction Now platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content

• You represent that you have rights to all submitted content

Dispute Resolution

Between Users

We encourage users to resolve disputes directly. We may provide mediation services but are not obligated to resolve user disputes.

With Auction Now

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auction Now shall not be liable for:

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of California.

Severability
